The evaluation campaigns are run by Hcéres on a five years frequency. In this way, the adopted schedule is compatible with the requirements of the State’s contractual policy, which divides the institutions concerned into 5 geographical areas referred to as groups A, B, C, D and E.

EVALUATED IN GROUP A

The evaluation campaign for group A concerns institutions in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Occitanie.

Note :

The Université Clermont Auvergne and Ecole SIGMA Clermont Ferrand were previously assigned to group B and evaluated in 2015-2016. Now assigned to group A, they will be evaluated in 2019-2020.

The Université de Montpellier, Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, Université de Nîmes, Université de Perpignan and ENS Chimie in Montpellier were previously assigned to group E and evaluated in 2013-2014. Now assigned to group A, they will be evaluated in 2019-2020.

2019-2020 evaluation campaign

The 2019-2020 evaluation campaign will cover the period between the autumn of 2019 and the autumn of 2021, from its launch to the publication of the evaluation reports. The dedicated reference documents will be accessible on the site from November 2019.

EVALUATED IN GROUP B

The evaluation campaign for group B concerns institutions in the Brittany, Normandy, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Overseas (West Indies and Guiana) and Pays-de-la-Loire regions.

Note :

The Université de Bordeaux, Université de Bordeaux-Montaigne, IEP de Bordeaux, Institut Polytechnique de Bordeaux (IPB), Université de La Rochelle and Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour (UPPA) were previously assigned to group A and evaluated in 2014-2015. Now assigned to group B, these institutions will be evaluated in 2020-2021.

2020-2021 evaluation campaign

The 2020-2021 evaluation campaign will cover the period between the autumn of 2020 and the autumn of 2022, from its launch to the publication of the evaluation reports. The dedicated reference documents will be accessible on the site from November 2020.

EVALUATED IN GROUP C

The evaluation campaign for group C concerns institutions in the Burgundy-Franche-Comté, Centre-Val-de-Loire, Corsica, Provence-Alpes-Côte-D’azur and Overseas (New Caledonia and French Polynesia) regions.

Note :

The Université de Besançon, Université de Dijon, Université de technologie Belfort-Montbéliard (UTBM), ENSMM de Besançon, Université de Nouvelle Calédonie and Université de la Polynésie Française were previously assigned to Group B and evaluated in 2015-2016.

Now assigned to group C, they will be evaluated in 2021-2022.

2021-2022 evaluation campaign

The 2021-2022 evaluation campaign will cover the period between the autumn of 2021 and the autumn of 2023, from its launch to the publication of the evaluation reports. The dedicated reference documents will be accessible on the site from November 2021.

EVALUATED IN GROUP D

The evaluation campaign for group D concerns institutions in Paris.

2022-2023 evaluation campaign

The 2022-2023 evaluation campaign will cover the period between the autumn of 2022 and the autumn of 2024, from its launch to the publication of the evaluation reports. The dedicated reference documents will be accessible on the site from November 2022.

EVALUATED IN GROUP E

The evaluation campaign for group E concerns institutions in the Ile-de-France, Hauts de France and Overseas (La Réunion, Mayotte) regions.

Note :

The Université Paris X, Université Paris XIII, INSHEA and ENS Louis Lumière were previously assigned to group D and evaluated in 2012-2013. Now assigned to group E, these institutions will be evaluated in 2018-2019. 
The Université de Picardie Jules Verne and Université de Technologie Compiègne were previously assigned to group C and evaluated in 2016-2017. Now assigned to group E, they will be evaluated in 2023-2024. 

2018-2019 evaluation campaign

The 2018-2019 evaluation campaign is in progress. It covers the period from the autumn of 2018 to the autumn of 2020.
