Professional ethics
Law n°2013-660 of 22 July 2013 - Art. 90 states that Hcéres bases its action on principles of objectivity, transparency and equal treatment. To meet these requirements, it is subject to a set of rules to ensure the quality and reliability of its evaluations. These are its professional ethics rules.
These rules govern all the components of the conduct of evaluations and are binding upon all its staff. They serve in particular to prevent any conflicts of interest.
They are set out in the evaluation charter and in the regulations governing the status of scientific advisors and experts. They are also applied in the methodologies and standards that are used.
