Publication of the regulation on data use

The purpose of the regulation is to: 

• define the confidentiality rules applying to Hcéres’ Protected Data, as well as the applicable confidentiality procedures, which must imperatively be observed by all staff; 
• regulate and supervise, consequentially, the use of these data by Hcéres staff; 
• define the legal framework for the processing of personal data.
