Access the platforms 

Two separate areas will be available from 6 July 2026:

• Plateforme de dépôt des autoévaluations (submission and approval of self-assessment reports)
• Portail de l'évaluation (access to self-evaluation documents and evaluation reports; submission of factual errors and comments from institutions)

Login details for accessing the platforms 

A generic email address is used as a unique identifier to access the submission platform and the evaluation portal. Each institution provides this to Hcéres.

This address is also used to receive all information relating to the evaluation campaign, including provisional and final reports, procedures for submitting factual errors and comments, as well as the timetable and support measures (webinars).

Submission and validation of the self-evaluation 

The submission of self-evaluation dossiers will take place from 6 July 2026.

The submission dates for the self-evaluation of research units, as well as for institutions and their course offerings, have been communicated to the presidents and management teams of each institution being evaluated.

The institution is responsible for validating the submission of each dossier. Until this validation is completed, the dossiers remain editable and are not accessible to the evaluation committees or Hcéres staff.

Once validation has been completed, each institution can view the content of its submission on the evaluation portal, which is also accessible to the evaluation committees.

The schedule for the support sessions on submitting the self-evaluation (webinars) will shortly be communicated to the institutions via the generic email address provided to Hcéres.

Submission of reports by Hcéres and submission of factual errors and observations

Evaluation reports are sent by email to the institution’s management. Reports on individual units are also sent to the email address provided by the institution for this purpose.

The accompanying messages specify the procedure for the institution to submit factual errors and observations in response to the evaluation report.

The institution’s comments are appended to the evaluation report when it is published on the Hcéres website.
