CIEP, CTI and Hcéres in favour of a forum for exchanges in French quality assurance

Published on

The CIEP, CTI and Hcéres are pleased with the work they have carried out jointly with a view to bringing together, with the CEFDG and the CCN-IUT, the main organisations involved in quality assurance in France and to presenting the situation to representatives of foreign agencies at the inaugural lecture to the Annual General Meeting of the European Association of Quality Assurance agencies (ENQA) on 25 October.

The CIEP, CTI and Hcéres have reaffirmed their desire for collaboration both in France and in a concerted manner abroad. With this in mind, our organisations are in favour of establishing a forum for exchanges in French quality assurance in order to pursue the dialogue that has already been started for the benefit of all those involved.

At the European and international level, we are determined that our cooperation should form part of networks and associations – including ENQA – whose objectives we share: development of a culture of quality in higher education thanks to better knowledge and dissemination of good practice in quality assurance and the pooling of resources in a spirit of mutual confidence and openness.

The CIEP, CTI and Hcéres would like to see the quality assurance aspects of higher education among the priorities on the agenda at the Ministerial Conference of the Bologna process, to be held in Paris in 2018.
