Evaluations calendar: campaigns postponed by one year from group C onwards

Published on

In the particular context of a continuing health crisis and the need to adapt evaluation visits, Hcéres, the DGESIP and DGRI have come to a common agreement to postpone all the evaluations for Group C by one year. This decision has a de facto impact on the current contracts of the institutions, on upcoming accreditations of their ranges of study programmes, and on the subsequent evaluation campaigns.

Faced with an exceptional and particularly trying context, Hcéres, the DGESIP and DGRI have decided to take account of the concerns and expectations of the various actors in Group C.  In a joint letter dated 6 January 2021, they therefore announced their decision to postpone all the evaluations in Group C by one year, with the same postponement also applying to the start of the institution contracts and accreditations.

Therefore, for Group C:

  • the evaluations will take place in the course of the 2022-2023 academic year;
  • the institution contracts will commence on 1st January 2024 and the new accreditations at the beginning of the 2024 -2025 academic year.

As a result, the calendars of the subsequent evaluation campaigns (Groups D, E, A and B) will also be pushed back by one year.

Arrangements for the extension of contracts and accreditations will be specified for each group at a later date by the DGESIP and DGRI. In the course of 2021, consultation meetings will be held by Hcéres to present changes to the methodology and the new calendar.
